For our developing economies, all of which are bound to scale up their level of competitiveness and sustain social progress, efficiency in the processing of commercial transactions is not only an imperative, it is also an urgency.

Therefore, I do pay much head on the conclusions that your proceedings will yield in a near future and which will help significantly step up the development of trade in optimal conditions of profitability and security. The Government of Senegal, through its experts, backs your efforts towards the establishment of this platform of exchanges.
